How it works
You can explore the plan at its real dimensions before you buy.
Explore
Rotate the building in the 3D model tab. Use the floor buttons to hide the upper floors and look inside the one below, change the section height, and read the distance between two points in metres with the Measure tool. Line drawing mode shows the building in ink lines.
Buy
Use the Buy button to go to the order summary. When paying by card, you approve the payment on your bank's 3D Secure screen. If you have enough balance in your account, you can also pay with your balance.
Download
Once your payment is confirmed, the project package appears under My account > My plans. You can download it again at any time.
How is Mimar AI priced?
No subscription or bundles: you only pay for what you have drawn. The fee depends on the size of your request and the level of detail in the drawing. A simple single-storey plan usually costs little; a detailed multi-storey design costs a bit more.
You'll see an estimated fee on screen when you send your request. When the drawing starts, up to the maximum that request could need is held from your balance; when it's finished, the final fee is deducted and the rest goes straight back to your balance. Each drawing shows how much you paid underneath it.
