Cancellation and refund policy

Project files

As project files are delivered immediately after payment, they fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. If the files are corrupted or incomplete and you write to info@yonsa.com.tr within 14 days, the missing files will be sent again; where the problem cannot be resolved, the price will be refunded to your card.

Mimar AI balance

Topped-up balance is valid only for buying plans and using Mimar AI on this site. To request a refund of unused balance, you can contact info@yonsa.com.tr; approved refunds are made to the card used for the top-up.

Incorrect charges

For Mimar AI operations that cannot be completed due to a technical error, the amount held is automatically credited back to your balance.
