Data controller

Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Yönsa Yazılım ve Teknoloji.

Data processed

Full name, email address, phone number, order and payment records (excluding card details), IP address, the design requests you write to Mimar AI and the plans generated.

Purposes

Creating your membership, handling orders and payments, delivering digital products, fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring information security.

Data transfers

For payment processing, data is transferred to Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank; to process your Mimar AI requests, only the text of your design request is transferred to the AI service provider Anthropic (abroad). Your identity details are not sent to the AI provider.
